Schedule - Yoga in the Park (Classes begin April 6, 2012)
  • Gentle/Restorative Yoga, Fridays 8:45am to 10:00am -
    A gentle/restorative yoga class with emphasis on stretches, balances and some basic postures. The class will also focus on the use of breath to relax and restore the body and mind. Class will end with a guided relaxation in Savasana. Reduce your stress level, be present and enjoy the health benefits of this relaxing, restorative class. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Wear comfortable clothing. $10 per class.

  • Yoga Technique, Saturdays 8:45am to 10:00am -
    Bringing awareness to your mind and body, this class will focus on proper alignment in standing and seated yoga postures. Emphasis on using your breath and enhancing core strength. Various breathing techniques will be introduced .You will enjoy the benefits of this class as you learn to relax and flow with your breath. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. $10 per class.
